Shipping charges are calculated base on the actual weight or dimensional weight whichever is greater.
Your rate quote is based on the weight and dimensions you enter into the system. You must round up to the next number. For instance, 20.2 lbs to 21 lbs. 10.2 x 15.4 x 5.6 to 11 x 16 x 6 inches. The final amount will be invoiced to you approximately 1 week after delivery.
Please keep a records of the boxes size ( take photos of the box dimensions and place the box on the scale showing actual weight). You must keep a record in case of dispute for chargeable weight.
